A study permit is a necessary document issued by Canada, allowing foreign nationals to study at designated learning institutions (DLIs) within the country. For most foreign students, it's a mandatory requirement before commencing studies in Canada. It's essential to apply for your study permit before your intended travel to Canada. Notably, a study permit does not serve as a visa or an entry document on its own.
