Express Entry

Express entry is a system used by (IRCC) Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada to select candidates for immigration to Canada using following economic programs:
  • Federal Skilled Worker Class
  • Federal Skilled Trades Class
  • Canadian Experience Class
  • Few Provincial Nominee Programs

Online Express Entry Profile and Comprehensive Ranking System

Candidates who are eligible for one of the federal economic immigration programs should make an expression of interest in immigrating to Canada by creating an online profile. Information is submitted regarding candidates age, education, language ability (speaking, writing, reading and listening), work experience in Canada, work experience outside of Canada, spouse education, Canadian study experience, sibling in Canada and arrange employment. Candidates are then ranked accordingly using Comprehensive Ranking System.

Steps to prepare for Express Entry

  • Prepare for language exams. IELTS General Test and CELPIP General Test. Minimum score required to
  • Create an express entry profile is CLB 7 and IELTS 6 each.
  • Second language French testing included TEF Canada testing
  • Get your foreign credentials assessed according to Canadian standards. World Education services(WES) provides great service for those who have obtained academic degrees outside of Canada. WES can be used for foreign credentials assessment.
  • Get Police clearance from any place where you stayed for more then six months including your residing country.
